Shipping Policy

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

• We can process only one shipping address per order, hence if you would like to ship products to multiple addresses then you are required to place separate orders.
• The delivery days mentioned are approximate only. Since we rely on our courier partners for delivery, this can vary due to factors that are outside our control.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Payment Policy

• COD is applicable on a minimum bill value of Rs. 5000 and maximum of Rs. 15000 only.
• Pin code provided for COD should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
• COD is not applicable to international orders. 

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard shipping on Orders above ₹1999. A flat fee of ₹199 is charged for shipping of order value under ₹1999.

Expected Delivery time?
It takes between 7-10 Working days to deliver the product to your doorstep. In case of some exceptional circumstances like bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances there are chances that the order might get delayed but in such cases, the expected delivery time would be specified according to the circumstances held and our customer support proactively will be in touch with you.

Do you deliver Internationally?

We do offer international shipping. The shipping rates, custom duties, and any other charges associated with the order are charged extra by the portal to the customer as per actuals.

• International orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to certain custom duty norms and policies of each country.
