Refund policy


Return, Exchange and Refund Policy:

We at Saraaha, believe in a customer-friendly shopping experience. To ensure the same we have created our policies which are most favourable to you.

  • Products that are eligible for a return, can be returned within 5 days of receiving the shipment. You need to email us the details of your order with the reason for returning it (along with a video of the damage and/or issues with the product) to support@saraaha.com within 5 working days of receiving the product.
  • Return policy is not applicable for the swatch book, made to order, customised fabrics, precut fabrics, sale goods and fabric orders measuring 3 metres or below.
  • In case you receive a different product from what you ordered, we will exchange the product free of cost and will send the original product ordered. But please note, it has to be intimated to us via email on support@saraaha.com immediately or within 48 hours on receipt of the product. Hence, we urge you to check the product received immediately upon receipt. Also we would require an unpackaging video when you receive your product so if in case you have to return or exchange the product, it acts like an evidence to let us grant your permission for return, exchange or refund for the product depending upon the reason and circumstance.
  • All refunds are by default processed as gift cards of equivalent value which a customer can use to buy products on www.saraaha.com for 6 months. In case a customer chooses otherwise, the refund can be transferred back to sources.(pre-paid orders) or bank account (for cash-on-delivery orders).

  • In case of order cancellation of prepaid orders, amount shall be refunded after deduction of 3.5% payment gateway fees
  • Returns and Refunds are acceptable under the following conditions:
- Defect or Damage
  • In the rare cases where the shipment or the product reaches you with defects or damages that may include inconsistencies in the print, pattern, or colour at the time of accepting the package.
- Colour Variations
  • Colour representation on different screens varies vastly, hence, we do not provide returns or refunds in such cases where the colour variation of the fabric is less than 25% and doesn’t seem significantly different from the one displayed on our website.
  • Some fabric types are prone to colour bleeding for a certain number of washes. Care instructions are clearly mentioned on every fabric page, we would recommend you adhere to those.
- Customer did not like the product
  • In all such cases, the customer has to place a return request by sending an email including the video and images of the product, with valid reasons for the return to support@saraaha.com within 5 days of receiving the shipment.
- Precut Fabrics, Products on Sale, and under 3 metres
  • All Fabrics under 3 metres and/or labelled as Precut fabrics are not eligible for returns or exchange. Additionally, all the products under Sale will not be eligible for returns or exchange.
- Product Conditions
  • The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in an undamaged condition with its original tag.
  • All return requests placed with Saraaha will attract a flat fee of ₹ 100 or the reverse shipping charge, whichever is higher, which will be deducted from the total refundable amount due to the customer as per the Invoice.
  • In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email: support@saraaha.com.
  • If the weight per metre varies by less than 25% it will not be covered as defect or damage and the refund won’t be initiated keeping in mind the terms and conditions.
  • If the coupon code is applied and the order is returned then the discount will be deducted from the amount and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • We respect your decision and try our best to ensure a smooth return for your product. However, our team must receive your return request within 5 days at support@saraaha.com. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up at an agreed-upon time.
  • Once your return has been authorised, we'd be happy to process your refund. It generally takes upto 7-10 working days from the date of the Return Request for us to initiate the refund or a return for your product. We will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks and will take 7 to 10 days to reflect in your bank account or store wallet.
  • All returns are subject to the discretion of Saraaha.
  • Reverse pickup will be applicable only on domestic orders. For return requests is only available for a select number of pincodes. Your request for return is subject to the availability of a reverse pickup facility for your pincode by our shipping partner. For more details on this, please write to support@saraaha.com.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel an order within 48 hours of placing your order or until the product is dispatched from our warehouse (whichever comes first) by sending an email to support@saraaha.com stating the reason for such cancellation.
  • If you cancel the order any amount paid shall be credited back into the requested bank account. If you had selected COD at the time of placing the order, there is no amount to be refunded as you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallet you will receive a refund into the source account within 10 - 15 working days from the time of order cancellation.
  • Saraaha reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
